Ok. Can someone please tell me why windows vista keeps setting its clock back one hour and how to fix it?
I got a new computer over the holidays this year and it came with windows vista pre-installed on it. I've learned that all of the gripes and groans about the new OS are completely true and I've been learning to deal with all the annoying little idiosyncrasies that vista has to offer. BUT. One thing that is driving me completely insane is that vista keeps changing the clock back one hour and no matter how many times I fix it, a few days later its day light savings time or some shit. My OS is fully updated and I'm in the right time zone. If anyone has any ideas or is experiencing the same problem, I could use some help.
